1. Custom Projects & Design Services

2. Products & Materials

a. Custom-Made Furniture & Fixtures:

• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during delivery or manufacturing defects are found.

b. Standard (Non-Custom) Items:

• Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
